Hello again one and all, and welcome to our quarter century episode of the regenerate podcast, coming to you from the LCR studios in Loughborough. My name is Phil Wilshaw, and each month, together with the rest of the regenerate residents, I’ll be bringing you the best of our night “”Regenerate””.

Regenerate is a fairly eclectic night, starting pretty relaxed and housey, and building up through progressive, and trance. Today we’re back from another amazing week in ibiza. i’m digging through the photos at the moment trying to find at least 1 or 2 that i am prepared to have seen in public. We’ll be back for another week in Kanya bar next year, but right now, we are gearing up for another amazing year of our night regenerate, every wednesday from 9pm in the bocca bar at LSU, mere meters away from where i am now. This month’s mix was recorded by the one and only ARO as an indiation fo what’s coming up this years. it’s the fourth in his borders series, which is mostly progressive, but as you’ll see there’s some electro house towards the end as well, not untypical for our nights.
