Phil Wilshaw is the driving force behind Regenerate, running most elements of the night, the agency, the label, doing the majority of design and even coming up with the name, when he started Regenerate back in 2003.

At it’s outset, he played progressive and uplifting house, usually taking one of the earlier slots and responsible for filling up the dancefloor. Since then, his style has taken a journey through tech house, progressive, techno, minimal, and ended up back where it started with deep and progressive sounds combined with uplifting house.

As one of the core Regenerate residents, Phil has played at most of the Regenerate gigs across the UK and Ibiza, encompassing bars for 100 people, to main rooms of clubs with over 1000 people in attendance. He’s even DJed in an airport!

Phil currently hosts the (sort of) monthly Regenerate Podcast. He has collaborated with most of the other Regenerate residents one way or another, and is a member of Phoenix 6 with Dominik Mori, ARO, Luke Lain, Senna & Flat Lau, plus The Intergalactic DJs with Senna, and The VRB Project with ARO and Luke Lain.
